Ok, obviously, I have a problem with "Jenny." I can't remember a less sympathetic character on television. VILLAINS are more sympathetic. SERIAL KILLERS are more sympathetic than this character. If "Jenny" is really based on Ilene Chaikin she must be miserable. {Side note. If Jenny is Ilene and "Jessy" in Jenny's book is Jenny, is Ilene Jessy? Is she being meta and admitting that she, Ilene, really had neighbors named "Bev and Nina" and is using the names of the real people she's "used" as characters in the fictional writing of her fictional self, thus identifying the real people? Just a thought.}

However... I'm now considering that perhaps Jenny is so horrible on purpose. Maybe it is all part of an experiment, a radical inversion of television expectations, or maybe... nah.
