Help Topic: Why are some people that I see as authors of posts NOT in the memberlist under the Members tab?

We converted our previous forum software, including previous posts, to something newer and better. Generally, that's a good thing.

However, there may be a few glitches here and there, one being that some previous members aren't auto-promoting into a higher access level until they post on THIS, the NEWER board. Not just the old board. This one too. Thus, some content hasn't yet counted as a "post" to get them into the memberlist. Gradually, this should sort itself out for actively posting members.
