What is your favorite piece of work by Audre Lorde?...Or better yet, what is your favorite piece..of fiction, or non-fiction work...by a woman of color...I know the book that saved my life was...Ain't I a Woman?..by bell hooks....I have a million others, but that book stands out.....drop a line...

I realize this thread is waay old but the mention of Audre Lorde drew me in and I HAD to respond. My fave book of hers is Zami A New Spelling Of My Name.

Beautiful writing.
